this filter media:
The Dura Kool product is a new, highly efficient,
tightly woven advanced synthetic filter media. Check
with your evaporative cooler manufacturer for specifications
of approved replacement filter media before making
a decision to order this type of replacement filter

The water is trapped within the tightly woven filter
media, and when the air passes through and across
the filter media, a cold air effect is created when
your fan is on. The trapped water lasts longer within
this advanced tightly woven synthetic swamp cooler filter media, allowing
for a more efficient use of the water, and thereby
extending the length of time less water is used for cooling
purposes.
A
major improvement is water stays trapped within
the Dura Kool swamp cooler filter media for a longer period of
time which promotes higher running efficiency and less electric usage.

width of 36"in width, but pieces can be ordered
and cut to any width less than 36" and as long
in inches as you need it to the closest foot.
