5 Year warranty guarantee on our Acrylic Polyester Marine Fabric. This is a simple straightforward warranty. If during normal recommended use your protective cover should fail in craftsmanship or material integrity we will replace the cover. Period! Offer applies when protective cover is used for residential air conditioner covers. Marine material is not guranteed when used for grill covers, fire pit covers. Does not include replacement cover shipping charges.

Ten Year Limited Warranty for our SUPERIOR MARINE CANVAS Fabric
This warranty guarantee protects the original purchaser of our Superior Marine Canvas cover.
Our warranty protects against becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions.
This warranty covers our Superior Marine Canvas covers only.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or abuse. Improper installation or any costs associated with replacement of the cover, including labor and installation.
Limits to the warranty:
National Home Care Products Co., Inc. liability is expressly limited to this warranty.
National Home Care Products Co., Inc. reserves the right to inspect the cover submitted for claim. Warranty does not apply to commercial applications of this material.
Proof of purchase may be required.
National Home Care Products Co., Inc. will supply new equivalent cover to replace the cover that becomes unserviceable.
We will provide replacement cover at no cost during the first five years; 25% discount during the sixth thru ninth year; and a 12% discount during the tenth year. Learn more about the warranty.

Client must telephone and or email us prior to sending protective cover back. Upon return approval product must be shipped back by the client to National Home Care Products Company, Inc. by UPS regular ground for inspection and test comparisons for possible warrantee consideration.
Returned protective cover will be matched to existing five year wear samples for inspection and comparisons of craftsmanship and material integrity. Twenty years of supplying clients throughout the United States has proven our protective covers made out of our heavy duty goldish/tan treated canvas will last five seasons of normal use and exposure when properly installed, and secured to the air conditioning unit and when properly cleaned and stored at the end of use each season for five seasons.

Return Policy
We cannot reimburse shipping
and handling charges, and any PayPal and or credit card order processing fees,
and we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
All
products that are custom cut to size are items with dimensions
that were specified by the customer. We do not accept returns
of any custom made product we offer, that was ordered incorrectly by
the customer and or when the customer did not follow our size formula
and/or size call-outs as stated on the product page(s). Read
about our sizing and material color information on the material
information page and product
pages prior to ordering. E-mail us with questions and
requests for product details prior to ordering.
Customers are to make sure they telephone us, e-mail or mail us by U.S. Postal Service, any special instructions
regarding unit mounting brackets, obstructions or other
special considerations we would need to take into account
prior to placing their order. We
strongly encourage all customers to read about
the product, and make sure their dimensions and any
special design considerations they require are correct prior
to placing their order. We may not accept returns based
on product(s) which were not what the customer "expected". Existing
cover must be returned only by UPS regular ground for inspection
prior to replacement authorization.
Read and understand about the product thoroughly prior to
ordering. It is the customers responsibility to convey to
us, in writing, or by submission of drawings, or digital
image(s) what their manufacturing requirements are prior
to submitting their order. We
urge our customers to e-mail us with any questions they may have for purposes of determining
and understanding our product type(s), construction, color,
weight, material(s) and sizing prior to ordering our products.
We
ship our new covers to you after two (2) inspections. New
covers are shipped after being inspected, folded, packaged
and are shipped without tears or dirt or other damages to
them when they leave this facility.
Our products are not cut to exacting sizes provided. We
allow for possible shrinkage over time by adding material
to certain dimensions in most cases.
If
the original product is approved for replacement, we require
that the original cover be returned, and not be marked,
soiled, dirty, or damaged. Existing
cover must be returned only by UPS regular ground for inspection
prior to replacement authorization.
Dirty and or damaged, returned covers are not eligible for
refunds of payment, and or refunds of shipping charges,
or free exchanges for new covers. Please e-mail
us with any questions or comments regarding this returned
goods policy prior to sending product back.
Refunds of
shipping charges:
No shipping refunds will be agreed upon by this office,
or authorized prior to us receiving a written request or
e-mail request. Existing
cover must be returned only by UPS regular ground for inspection
prior to replacement authorization.
Restocking
Fee:
Theremay be a 20% restocking fee for those items approved for
returns. This restocking fee is above and beyond any shipping
charges that may be applied.
Product
images and depictions:
We do our best to depict and represent our products as they
actually appear. Computer colors may very from actual colors
of fabrics.
