Vinyl type covers are never recommended for HVAC units regardless of the type unit, Vinyl covers lock in condensation and will not allow for your unit to breathe properly. Vinyl will cause acceleration of corrosion and advance deterioration of the electric wiring, any control circuit boards and coil connections.

You provide the dimensions of Width x Depth x Height and we will manufacture a full length custom made, commercial grade protective cover based on your dimensions. As an added feature we add extra material to certain measurements you provide to compensate for any possible shrinkage.

The Full Length protective cover is constructed of a special, Goldish/Tan heavy weight commercial grade treated canvas material. You will find our material used throughout the United States because our special treated canvas is manufactured by only one manufacturer in the entire U.S.A.!

Our material is absolutely the highest quality, commercial grade cover on the market today. Has heavy commercial weight, treated canvas and double stitching with rope tie. Stands up to harsh UV rays.

For our purposes, the front of your unit is the side facing away from the house. If you need a split corner for refrigerant lines and electric lines, tell us the corner you want a split. Looking at the image: Looking at the front of the unit, where do you want a split corner? Right front? Right back? Left front? Left back?
